慢性病管理对痛风患者自我效能的影响

Effect of chronic disease management on self-efficacy in patients with gout

目的探讨慢性病管理对痛风患者自我效能的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月本院全科医学科住院和门诊就诊的100例痛风患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,每组50名。参照组给予传统随访方法管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予慢性病管理,比较两组管理前后自我效能评分和心理状态及治疗依从性。结果管理前,两组自我效能评分比较差异无统计学意义;管理后,两组自我效能评分均高于管理前,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于管理前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率为96.00%,明显高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性病管理应用于痛风患者中,可显著提升患者自我效能,并改善其心理状态和治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of chronic disease management on self-efficacy in patients with gout.Methods A total of 100 inpa-tients and outpatients with gout in the department of General Practice of our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the re-search subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 pa-tients in each group.The control group was given traditional follow-up management,and the observation group was given chronic disease manage-ment on the basis of the control group,the self-efficacy score,mental state before and after management and treatment compliance were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Before management,there was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups;after manage-ment,the self-efficacy score of the two groups were higher than those before and after management,and the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were lower than before management,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chronic disease management in patients with gout can significantly improve their self-efficacy,psychological state and treatment compliance.
