摘要
目的探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术在四肢骨折患者治疗中的有效性及对手术时间、出血量的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年3月本院收治的70例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。研究组给予微创经皮钢板接骨术,对照组实施切开复位加钢板内固定术,比较两组临床疗效、手术指标和并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的31.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗四肢骨折疗效显著,能缩短手术时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,降低手术并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of patients with limb fractures and its impact on surgical time and bleeding volume.Methods 70 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The study group received minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,while the control group received open reduction and plate internal fixation,the clinical efficacy,surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the surgical time,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than 31.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is effective in the treatment of limb fractures,which can shorten the operation time,hospital stay and fracture healing time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and reduce surgical complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
