围绝经期认知及现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of perimenopausal cognition and present situation

目的探讨女性对围绝经症状的认知及现状。方法选取2017年1—12月九江市妇幼保健院妇女体检科服务的1971例40~60岁女性作为研究对象,通过Kupperman评分表对研究对象进行面对面调查,分析所有研究对象Kupperman评分情况。结果本研究共纳入1971例女性,其中有9例评分>30分,225例评分为16~30分,24例评分为6~15分,1713例评分为<6分;围绝经期症状出现比例分别为:重度0.46%、中度11.42%、轻度1.22%;258例Kupperman评分≥6分的对象中40~45岁女性有12例,占比为4.65%;46~50岁女性有113例,占比为43.80%;51~55岁女性有104例,占比为40.31%;56~60岁女性有29例,占比为11.24%。结论为做到女性全生命周期保健,需及时使围绝经期女性真正认识到围绝经期保健的重要性,作为相关卫生计生部门,需针对围绝经期人群实施围绝经期保健知识的宣传,运用有效的激素替代治疗、运动营养指导等措施,帮助围绝经期女性平稳过渡至绝经期。

Objective To explore women's cognition and present situation of perimenopausal symptoms.Methods 1971 women aged 40-60 who were served by the Department of Women Physical Examination in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and face-to-face investigation was conducted through the Kupperman score table,and the Kupperman scores of all the research subjects were analyzed.Results Among the 1971 women in this study,9 cases of whom scored>30 scores,225 cases scored 16-30 scores,24 cases scored 6-15 scores,and 1713 cases scored<6 scores.The proportion of perimenopausal symptoms was:severe 0.46%,moderate 11.42%and mild 1.22%;among 258 cases subjects with Kupperman score≥6 scores,there are 12 cases aged 40-45,accounting for 4.65%;there are 113 cases aged 46-50,accounting for 43.80%;there are 104 cases aged 51-55,accounting for 40.31%;there are 29 cases aged 56-60,accounting for 11.24%.Conclusion In order to achieve women's life-cycle health care,it is necessary to make perimenopausal women truly realize the importance of perimenopausal health care in time,the health and family planning department is necessary to publicize the knowledge of perimenopausal health care for perimenopausal people,and use effective hormone replacement therapy,exercise nutrition guidance and other measures to help perimenopausal women smoothly transition to menopause.
