刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效及对血清SP、炎症因子及免疫功能指标的影响

Efficacy of acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of acute stage of herpes zoster and its effects on serum substance P,inflammatory factors,and immune function indexes

目的探讨刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效及对患者血清P物质(SP)、炎症因子及免疫功能指标的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2022年1月安康市中医医院高新分院康复中心收治的60例带状疱疹急性期患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用刺络拔罐联合治疗,两组患者均接受1周的连续治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的血清SP、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的水平,出院后电话随访6个月,比较两组患者的复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的临床疗效为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的的SP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、CD8^(+)水平均明显低于治疗前,β-EP、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显高于治疗前,且观察组患者的SP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、CD8^(+)水平明显低于对照组,β-EP、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院6个月后,观察组患者的复发率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效显著,其能降低患者的血清SP和炎症因子水平,提高免疫功能,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of acute stage of herpes zoster and its effect on serum substance P(SP),inflammatory factors,and immune function indexes.Methods Sixty patients with acute stage of herpes zoster treated in the High-tech Zone of Ankang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with acyclovir,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group,continuously for 1 week.After 1 week of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the levels of SP,β-endorphin(β-EP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.After 6 months of telephone follow-up after discharge,the recurrence of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,and CD8^(+)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels ofβ-EP,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly higher than those before treatment;the levels of SP,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,and CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels ofβ-EP,CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping therapy has significant effective in the treatment of herpes zoster in acute stage,which can reduce the expression levels of serum SP and inflammatory factors,improve immune function,and has clinical application value.
