基于老年、儿童医疗风险视阈下海南自贸港医疗风险分担机制的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of medical risk sharing mechanism of Hainan Free Trade Port based on the perspective of medical risks for the elderly and children

健康医疗、养老养生等深度融合,把握“银发经济”机遇,保障引进人才等海南自由贸易港建设需求,与医学发展局限性、疾病谱病种不断演变和侵袭性(介入性)诊疗技术导致的医疗风险存在冲突。本文通过研究以老年、儿童医疗风险视阈下海南省有关数据,对海南现行医疗风险分担机制进行分析研究,取得了阶段性成果,为下一步自由贸易港建设背景下海南医疗风险分担机制发展方向提供一定参考。

The deep integration of health care,pension and health care,grasping the opportunity of"silver economy,"ensuring the construction needs of Hainan Free Trade Port,such as the introduction of talents,conflicts with the medical risks caused by the limitations of medical development,the continuous evolution of disease spectrum and the invasive(interventional)diagnosis and treatment technology.This paper analyzes and studies the current medical risk sharing mechanism in Hainan Province from the perspective of medical risks for the elderly and children,and achieves phased results,which provides some reference for the development direction of Hainan's medical risk sharing mechanism under the background of the construction of free trade port in the next step.
