硝普钠联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响

Effect of sodium nitroprusx combined withβ-receptor blocker on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with heart failure

目的探究硝普钠联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭(心衰)的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年12月大连市第三人民医院收治的106例心衰患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组53例。对照组采用硝普钠治疗,实验组采用硝普钠联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗,比较两组心功能、肾功能与生命质量。结果治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均高于治疗前,心率均低于治疗前,且实验组收缩压、舒张压均高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肾小球过滤率均高于治疗前,尿素氮与血肌酐水平均低于治疗前,且实验组肾小球过滤率均高于对照组,尿素氮与血肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能与整体功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心衰效果显著,能有效改善患者心功能与肾功能,提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusx combined withβreceptor blocker on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with heart failure.Methods 106 patients with heart failure admitted to Dalian Third People's Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium nitropu,and the experimental group was treated with sodium nitropu combined withβreceptor blocker,the cardiac function,renal function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the heart rate were lower than those before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were lower than that before treatment,the glomerular filtration rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the urea nitrogen level and serum creatinine level were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusx combined withβreceptor blocker is effective in the treatment of heart failure,it can effectively improve the cardiac function and renal function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
