拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病患者同型半胱氨酸和内皮素-1水平及胎儿脐动脉血流收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速值的影响

Effects of labelolol combined with magnesium sulfate on homocysteine and endothelin-1 levels and fetal umbilical artery blood flow peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity in hypertensive patients during pregnancy

目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平及胎儿脐动脉血流收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)值的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的80例妊娠高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,按照信封法分为单用组与联用组,各40例。单用组给予硫酸镁治疗,联用组给予拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗,比较两组Hcy、ET-1水平及胎儿脐动脉血流S/D值及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联用组Hcy水平、ET-1水平及S/D值均低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组不良反应发生率低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压效果确切,能明显改善患者ET-1、Hcy水平及S/D值的作用,且有助于降低不良反应发生风险,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effects of Labelolol combined with magnesium sulfate on the levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and endothelin1(ET-1)and fetal umbilical artery blood flow peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D)in hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group according to envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The single treatment group was given magnesium sulfate treatment,and the combined treatment group was given labelolol combined with magnesium sulfate treatment.The levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and endostatin1(ET1)and the fetal umbilical artery blood flow S/D values and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of Hcy,ET-1 and S/D in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension is definite,it can significantly reduce the levels of ET-1,Hcy and S/D value,and help to reduce the risk of adverse reactions,the application value is definite.
