肺结核患者痰中结核分枝杆菌检验的价值

Value of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨肺结核患者痰中结核分枝杆菌检验的价值。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的90例肺结核患者作为研究对象,其中非活动性肺结核患者纳入对照组,活动性肺结核患者纳入观察组,每组45例。采集所有患者清晨痰液标本,采用结核杆菌培养、抗酸染色法及酸性改良罗氏培养方法对痰中的结核分枝杆菌进行检验,以病理结果作为诊断标准,比较两组阳性检出率及不同检验方式阳性检出率。结果观察组阳性检出率明显高于对照组,结核杆菌培养阳性检出率明显高于酸性改良罗氏培养方法与抗酸染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者行结核分枝杆菌检验可提高阳性检出率,有助于尽快诊断患者病情,且该检验方式在疾病早期诊断与后期治疗中均具有较高的应用价值,患者可得到及时有效的治疗。

Objective To explore the value of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,including inactive pulmonary tuberculosis in the control group and active pulmonary tuberculosis in the observation group,with 45 cases in each groups.Collect the sputum specimen of all patients in the morning,and test the mycobacterium tuberculosis in the sputum with the methods of mycobacterium tuberculosis culture,acid fast staining and acid modified Roche culture,take the pathological results as the diagnostic criteria,and the positive detection rate of the two groups and the positive detection rate of different test methods were compared.Results The positive detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the positive detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture was significantly higher than that of the acid modified Roche culture method and acid fast staining method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis test for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve the positive detection rate and help to diagnose the patients'condition as soon as possible,the test method has high application value in early diagnosis and late treatment of the disease,and patients can be treated timely and effectively.
