化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的应用观察

摘要 目的探究化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的应用。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月于本院行检测的82例肿瘤患者作为观察组,另选取82名同时段健康体检者作为对照组。两组均进行肿瘤生物标志物化学发光免疫法检测,比较两组生物标志物检验结果与检出指标阳性率。结果观察组糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)检出水平[(311.23±56.77)KU/L、(142.09±7.42)KU/L、(272.98±71.45)KU/L、(232.54±61.09)μg/L、(172.45±46.34)μg/L]均明显高于对照组[(22.41±5.45)KU/L、(22.93±5.24)KU/L、(19.31±5.34)KU/L、(13.26±4.27)μg/L、(2.64±1.32)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CA125、CA153、CA19-9、AFP和CEA阳性检出率(80.49%、86.59%、84.15%、93.90%、95.12%)均明显高于对照组(0.00%、0.00%、0.00%、1.22%、0.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物中检验价值显著,可为肿瘤的诊疗提供依据,保障治疗和预后效果。 Objective To explore the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers.Methods 82 tumor patients who were tested in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group,and another 82 health examinees at the same time were selected as the control group.Tumor biomarkers were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay between two groups,and the results of biomarkers test and the positive rate of detection indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)([311.23±56.77]KU/L,[142.09±7.42]KU/L,[272.98±71.45]KU/L,[232.54±61.09]μg/L,[172.45±46.34]μg/L)were significantly higher than([22.41±5.45]KU/L,[22.93±5.24]KU/L,[19.31±5.34]KU/L,[13.26±4.27]μg/L,[2.64±1.32]μg/L]in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rates of CA125,CA153,CA199,AFP and CEA in the observation group(80.49%,86.59%,84.15%,93.90%,95.12%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(0.00%,0.00%,0.00%,1.22%,0.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has significant value in the detection of tumor biomarkers,which can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and ensure the treatment and prognosis.
