化学发光免疫分析技术与酶联免疫吸附检验在乙肝病毒血清学检验中的检测效果

The detection effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in hepatitis B virus serological test

目的探究化学发光免疫分析技术与酶联免疫吸附检验在乙肝病毒血清学检验中的检测效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年6月本院收治的50例疑似乙肝患者作为研究对象,入院后均采用化学发光免疫分析技术与酶联免疫吸附检验进行乙肝病毒血清学检验。以实时荧光定量PCR检验结果作为金标准,比较两种检测方法乙肝病毒检出情况、乙肝病毒血清学检验结果。结果化学发光免疫分析技术乙肝病毒阳性率为54.00%,高于酶联免疫吸附检验的34.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫分析技术乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎e抗体(HBeAb)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙型肝炎核心抗体(HBcAb)阳性检出率均高于酶联免疫吸附检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫分析技术应用于乙肝病毒血清学检验中的检验效果优于酶联免疫吸附检验,可提高乙肝病毒阳性检出率,为后续临床制订合理诊疗计划提供可靠依据,且对临床疗效具有较高预测价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the detection effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in hepatitis B virus serological test.Methods 50 suspected hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.After admission,chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used for serological test of hepatitis B virus.Realtime PCR as the gold standard to compare the detection of hepatitis B virus and the serological test results of hepatitis B virus the two detection methods.Results The positive rate of hepatitis B virus in chemiluminescence immunoassay was 54.00%,which was higher than 34.00%in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)and hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb)in chemiluminescence immunoassay,which were higher than those in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of chemiluminescence immunoassay applied in in hepatitis B virus serological test are better than those of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,which can improve the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus,provide reliable basis for the follow-up clinical formulation of reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan,and has high predictive value for clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
