格列美脲联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标的影响

Effects of glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖脂代谢指标的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月于本院就诊的88例T2DM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合格列美脲治疗,比较两组糖代谢指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]、脂代谢指标[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组FPG、HbA1c、2 h PG分别为(5.02±1.03)mmol/L、(4.62±1.13)%、(7.25±1.32)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.89±1.12)mmol/L、(7.02±1.59)%、(8.84±1.53)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TG、TC水平分别为(1.63±0.25)、(2.31±0.35)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(2.24±0.32)、(3.06±0.42)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM效果确切,可明显降低患者血糖水平,纠正脂代谢异常,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 88 patients with T2DM who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with glimepiride on the basis of the control group,the glucose metabolism indexes(glycated hemoglobin A_(1)c[HbA_(1)c],fasting plasma glucose[FPG],2 h postprandial glucose[2 h PG]),lipid metabolism indexes(triglyceride[TG]and total cholesterol[TC])and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FPG,HbA1c and 2 h PG inthe observation group were(5.02±1.03)mmol/L,(4.62±1.13)%,(7.25±1.32)mmol/L,which were lower than(6.89±1.12)mmol/L,(7.02±1.59)%,(8.84±1.53)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the TG and TC in the observation group were(1.63±0.25)and(2.31±0.35)mmol/L,which were lower than(2.24±0.32),(3.06±0.42)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM exact effect,can significantly reduce blood sugar levels,correct abnormal lipid metabolism,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
