规范化治疗对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响

The effect of standardized treatment on pregnancy outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探究规范化治疗对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年11月本院收治的74例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予规范化治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、不良妊娠结局和新生儿不良结局。结果治疗前,两组餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(2.70%)低于对照组(21.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良结局发生率(0.00%)明显低于对照组(16.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化治疗能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖指标,降低新生儿不良结局、不良妊娠结局发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized treatment on the pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 74 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given standardized treatment on the basis of the control group,the blood glucose level before and after treatment,adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal adverse outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose between the two groups;after treatment,the level of 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(2.70%)was lower than that in control group(21.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized treatment can effectively improve the blood glucose index of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,reduce the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical application.
