苯溴马隆片治疗高尿酸血症合并痛风的临床疗效

Clinical effect of benbromarone tablets in the treatment of hyperuricemia complicated with gout

目的探究苯溴马隆片治疗高尿酸血症合并痛风患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月铁岭市中心医院收治的92例高尿酸血症合并痛风患者作为研究对象,其中2019年3月至2020年3月入院治疗的46例患者作为对照组,2020年4月至2021年3月入院治疗的46例患者作为观察组。对照组行别嘌醇片口服治疗,观察组行苯溴马隆片口服治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(BUA)、血尿氮素(BUN)]水平、炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NALP3)]及不良反应(关节疼痛、皮疹、腹胀、头痛)发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组SCr、BUA、BUN、IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α及NALP3水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯溴马隆片治疗高尿酸血症合并痛风的疗效确切,可抑制患者的血清炎症反应,改善肾脏功能,缓解临床表现,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of benbromarone tablets in the treatment of hyperuricemia complicated with gout.Methods A total of 92 patients with hyperuricemia complicated with gout admitted to Tieling Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,among which 46 patients admitted from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and 46 patients admitted from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received oral treatment for allopurinol tablets,and the observation group received oral treatment for benzbromarone tablets,the clinical efficacy,renal function indexes(serum creatinine[SCr],blood uric acid[BUA],blood urea nitrogen[BUN]),inflammatory factors(interleukin-1β[IL-1β],interleukin-8[IL-8],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor 3[NALP3])before and after treatment and adverse reactions(joint pain,rash,abdominal distension,headache)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 84.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of SCr,BUA,BUN,IL-1β,IL-8,TNF-αand NALP3 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benzenbromarone tablet is effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia complicated with gout,which can inhibit serum inflammatory response,improve kidney function and relieve clinical manifestations,it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
