小儿咳喘灵泡腾颗粒联合头孢噻肟钠治疗对感染后咳嗽患儿γ-干扰素及C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Xiao'er Kechuanling effervescent granules combined with cefotaxime sodium onγ-interferon and C-reactive protein in children with post-infectious cough

目的探究小儿咳喘灵泡腾颗粒联合头孢噻肟钠治疗对感染后咳嗽患儿γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月本院儿科收治的100例感染后咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予患儿头孢噻肟钠治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合小儿咳喘灵泡腾颗粒治疗,比较两组咳嗽程度、血清炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果研究组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,咳嗽症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IFN-γ、CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前,CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组IFN-γ水平高于对照组,CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳喘灵泡腾颗粒联合头孢噻肟钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽疗效显著,不仅能有效改善患儿的咳嗽症状,还可抑制患儿炎症反应,促进患儿疾病恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiao'er Kechuanling effervescent granules combined with cefotaxime sodium onγ-interferon(IFN-γ)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in children with post-infectious cough.Methods A total of 100 children with post-infectious cough after infection admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium,and the study group was treated with Xiao'er Kechuanling effervescent granules on the basis of the control group,the cough degree,serum inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The cough relief time and cough disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cough symptom score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IFN-γand CRP between the two groups;after treatment,the level of IFN-γof the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP were lower than those before treatment,and the level of IFN-γin the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of CRP was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Kechuanling effervescent granules combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of children with post-infectious cough has significant curative effect,which can not only effectively improve the cough symptoms of children,but also inhibit the inflammatory response of children and promote the recovery of children,it is worthy of clinical application.
