摘要
目的探讨急诊床旁超声心动图在心血管疾病中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年7月于本院就诊的80例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,患者入院后均给予常规心电图与床旁超声心动图检查,以临床手术诊断为金标准,比较两种检查方法诊断符合率、检查时间、诊断时间、检查反应时间及诊断满意度。结果床旁超声心动图诊断符合率(87.50%)高于常规心电图(42.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。床旁超声心动图检查时间、诊断时间、检查反应时间均短于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。床旁超声心动图诊断总满意度为96.25%,高于常规心电图的83.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊床旁超声心动图诊断心血管疾病的符合率较高,为临床快速确诊和后期治疗奠定了坚实的基础,利于提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of emergency bedside echocardiography in cardiovascular diseases.Methods 80 patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were given routine elec-trocardiogram and bedside echocardiography after admission,with clinical confirmation as the gold standard,the diagnostic compliance rate,examination time,diagnosis time,examination reaction time and diagnostic satisfaction were compared between the two methods.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of bedside echocardiography(87.50%)was higher than that of routine electrocardiogram(42.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time,diagnosis time and examination reaction time of bedside echocardiography were shorter than those of routine electrocardiogram,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of bedside echocardiography was 96.25%,which was higher than 83.75%of routine electrocardiogram,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high coincidence rate of emergency bedside echocardiography for cardiovascular disease diagnosis lays solid foundation for rapid clinical diagnosis and later treatment,which is conducive to improving clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
