健脾祛瘀汤治疗晚期胃癌对患者功能状态及生命质量的影响

Effect of Jianpi Quyu decoction on functional status and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的探究健脾祛瘀汤治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月本院收治的120例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组行化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合健脾祛瘀汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后卡氏评分及生命质量评分、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的68.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组卡氏评分为(77.89±5.78)分,生命质量评分为(64.59±6.12)分,均高于对照组的(72.11±5.23)、(58.01±7.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹泻、恶心呕吐发生率为3.33%、5.00%,均低于对照组的18.33%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肝损伤、白细胞减少发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论健脾祛瘀汤治疗晚期胃癌效果确切,可明显改善患者症状及体征,提高生命质量,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Quyu decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 120 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,while the study group was treated with Jianpi Quyu decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,Karnofsky score,quality of life score before and after treatment and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 86.67%,which was higher than 68.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky score in the study group was(77.89±5.78)scores and the quality of life score was(64.59±6.12)scores,which were higher than(72.11±5.23)and(58.01±7.30)scores in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in the study group were 3.33%and 5.00%,which were lower than 18.33%and 20.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of liver injury and leukopenia between the two groups.Conclusion Jianpi Guyu decoction has definite effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,it can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients,improve the quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
