摘要
目的探究健康体检中超声诊断甲状腺结节的临床价值。方法选取2019年1—11月于本院220名健康体检者作为研究对象,均行超声诊断,统计甲状腺结节患病率,分析患者甲状腺结节具体病情。结果220名受检者中,甲状腺结节患病率为54.09%(119/220),其中男性患病率为22.68%,低于女性患病率的77.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声诊断出结节470枚,具体分布位置:左侧42例,右侧40例,双侧37例;结节数量:单发82例,多发37例;结节直径2.1~14.5mm;低回声占比37.65%,中回声占比14.46%,高回声占比8.51%;混合回声占比38.29%;无回声占比1.06%,未发现颈血管旁肿大淋巴结患者;彩色多普勒超声显示血流丰富18例,仅有少量或无血流信号101例。结论超声诊断在甲状腺结节患者诊断中的效果确切,有利于准确、快速地筛查甲状腺结节,具有重要的临床研究价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodule in physical examination.Methods 220 people who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,all of them were diagnosed by ultrasound,the prevalence of thyroid nodules was counted and the specific condition of thyroid nodules was analyzed.Results Among the 220 subjects,the prevalence of thyroid nodules was 54.09%(119/220),the prevalence of male was 22.68%,which was lower than 77.32%of female,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).470 nodules were diagnosed by ultrasound,the specific location distribution:42 cases on the left side,40 cases on the right side,37 cases on both sides;the number of nodules:82 cases of single,37 cases of multiple;diameter range 2.1-14.5 mm;low echo accounted for 37.65%,moderate echo accounted for 14.46%,high echo accounted for 8.51%;cystic-solid mixed echo accounted for 38.29%;no echo accounted for 1.06%,found no cervical vascular lymph node enlargement patients;color Doppler showed rich blood flow in 18 cases,101 cases only small amount or no blood flow signal.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules in the diagnosis of patients with the exact effect,which is conducive to accurate and rapid screening of thyroid nodules,has important clinical research value.
