综合护理服务在老年白内障护理中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of comprehensive nursing service in senile cataract nursing

目的探究综合护理服务在老年白内障护理中的价值。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月本院收治的100例老年白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组给予综合护理服务,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组生命质量评分、住院时间、住院费用、生活自理能力评分、健康知识掌握度评分及视力恢复情况。结果观察组躯体、心理、社会、物质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活自理能力、健康知识掌握度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组视力恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理服务应用于老年白内障护理效果显著,能明显提高患者生命质量,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing service in senile cataract nursing.Methods 100 senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random lot drawing,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given with comprehensive nursing service,while the control group was given with routine nursing care,the scores of quality of life,length of stay,hospitalization expenses,self-care ability,health knowledge mastery and vision recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical,psychological,social and material in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and health knowledge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing service in the senile cataract nursing has significant effect,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the length of length of stay,reduce hospital costs,and which is worthy of clinical application.
