密闭系统输注白蛋白预防医院血流感染的优势

Advantages of albumin infusion in closed system in preventing nosocomial blood stream infection

输液是临床住院患者,尤其是危重患者的主要治疗方式。输液过程中医院血流感染发生率较高,会延长患者住院时间,增加住院费用。中央导管相关血流感染(CLABSI)的暴发与开放式输液系统的使用密切相关,使用密闭式输液系统可降低CLABSI的发生率和病死率、减少治疗费用,且密闭式输液系统更利于白蛋白的临床使用,其在防控血流感染中具有重要作用。本文主要就密闭系统输注白蛋白预防医院血流感染的优势进行综述。

Infusion is the main modality of treatment for clinical inpatients,especially critically ill patients.The incidence of hospital blood-stream infections during infusion is high,prolonging patients'hospital stays and increasing hospital costs.The outbreak of centralline-associated blood stream infection(CLABSI)is closely associated with the use of open infusion systems,the use of closed infusion systems can reduce the incidence and morbidity and mortality of CLABSI,reduce the cost of treatment,and the closed infusion system is more conducive to the clinical use of clear protein,which has an important role in the prevention and control of bloodstream infections.In this paper,we mainly summarize the advantages of closed system infusion of clear protein for prevention of hospital bloodstream infection.
