危害分析与关键控制点技术原理在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间综合医院外科病区监管中的应用

Application of hazard analysis and critical control point technology principle in the supervision of surgical ward in general hospital during the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019

目的探索危害分析与关键控制点技术(HACCP)原理在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间综合医院外科病区监管中的应用。方法2020年3—4月于肝胆外科、胃肠外科、神经外科、骨科、胸心外科共5个科室实施HACCP管理方法,全体工作人员参与实施前后研究,共324名。比较实施前(2020年3月1日至3月29日)和实施后(2020年4月1日至4月29日)疫情防控期间外科病区工作人员的手卫生依从率、手卫生合格率、疫情筛查工作合格率及标准防护操作考试成绩。结果HACCP运行后,外科5个病区的手卫生依从率、手卫生合格率、标准防护操作考试成绩及疫情筛查工作合格率均高于运行前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疫情防控知识培训覆盖率达100%。结论HACCP原理运用于COVID-19疫情期间综合医院外科病区监管中的效果显著,能识别风险,预见性采取措施,防患于未然,有效降低传染病区域暴发风险。

Objective To explore the application of hazard analysis and critical control point technology(HACCP)principle in the supervision of surgical wards in general hospitals during the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods From March 2020 to April 2020,HACCP management method was implemented in 5 departments of hepatobiliary surgery,gastrointestinal surgery,neurosurgery,orthopedics and cardiothoracic surgery,all staff participated in the preand postimplementation study,a total of 324 peoples.The compliance rate of hand hygiene,qualified rate of hand hygiene,qualified rate of epidemic screening and test results of standard protective operation of surgical ward staff before implementation(March 1 to March 29,2020)and after implementation(April 1 to April 29,2020)were compared.Results After the operation of HACCP,the compliance rate of hand hygiene,qualified rate of hand hygiene,qualified rate of epidemic screening and test results of standard protective operation of surgical ward staff were higher than those before the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the coverage rate of epidemic prevention and control knowledge training reached 100%.Conclusion The application of HACCP principle in the supervision of surgical wards in general hospitals during the outbreak of COVID-19 has significant effect,it can identify risks,take foreseeable measures,take preventive measures,and effectively reduce the risk of regional outbreaks of infectious diseases.
