彩色多普勒超声检查在浅表肿物诊断中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of superficial tumors

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在浅表肿物诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月于本院就诊的156例单发浅表肿物患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果。比较两种检查方式诊断准确率,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断良恶性符合率、灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率。结果手术病理检查结果:良性肿瘤135例,恶性肿瘤21例;彩色多普勒检查诊断结果:良性肿瘤132例,恶性肿瘤24例。两种诊断方法诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义。彩色多普勒超声诊断良恶性符合率为89.1%、灵敏度为66.7%、特异度为92.6%、漏诊率为33.3%、误诊率为7.4%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查诊断浅表肿物的灵敏度较高,良恶性符合率较高,可根据肿物的部位、回声、血流及特征性等表现判断肿物的类型,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of superficial tumors.Method The color Doppler ultrasonography diagnosis results and surgical pathological diagnosis results of 156 patients with single superficial tumor who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy rate of the two inspection methods was compared,and the benign and malignant coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate,and misdiagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed.Results The results of surgical and pathological examination showed that 135 cases were benign tumors and 21 cases were malignant tumors.Color Doppler ultrasonography examination showed that 132 cases were benign tumors and 24 cases were malignant tumors.There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two diagnostic methods.The coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors was 89.1%,the sensitivity was 66.7%,the specificity was 92.6%,the missed diagnosis rate was 33.3%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 7.4%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high sensitivity in diagnosing superficial masses,and high coincidence rate of benign and malignant tumors,can judged the type of masses according to the location,echo,blood flow and characteristic of the tumor,which is worthy of clinical promotion and pplication.
