经尿道等离子针状电极在膀胱癌膀胱部分切除术中的应用效果

Effect of transurethral plasma needle electrode in partial cystectomy for bladder cancer

目的探讨经尿道等离子针状电极在膀胱癌膀胱部分切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于本院泌尿外科行膀胱部分切除术的61例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法分为观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用钬激光膀胱部分切除术治疗,观察组采用经尿道等离子针状电极膀胱部分切除术治疗,比较两组并发症发生率、手术指标、二次活检阳性率、复发率。结果两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。观察组术中出血量多于对照组(P<0.05),两组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、术后尿管留置时间比较差异无统计学意义。两组二次活检阳性率及复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论经尿道等离子针状电极膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱癌的疗效与激光相当,但仍需开展大规模、长期随访的对照研究进行验证。

Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral plasma needle electrodes in partial cystectomy for bladder cancer.Methods A total of 61 patients with bladder cancer who underwent partial cystectomy in the Urology department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=30)by random ball-touching method.The control group was treated with holmium laser partial cystectomy,and the observation group was treated with transurethral plasma needle electrode in partial cystectomy,the incidence of complications,surgical indicators,positive rate of secondary biopsy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in operation time,bladder irrigation time and postoperative indwelling time of urinary catheter between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of secondary biopsy and recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of transurethral plasma needle electrode in partial cystectomy for bladder cancer is comparable to that of laser,but it still needs to be verified by large-scale and long-term follow-up control studies.
