口腔颔面外科手术后口腔冲洗方法及并发症预防的护理分析

Nursing analysis of oral irrigation methods and prevention of complications after oral maxillofacial surgery

目的探究口腔颔面外科手术后口腔冲洗方法及并发症预防的护理。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月于本院行口腔颔面外科手术的90例患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预(口腔冲洗护理),比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度及生命质量评分。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔颔面外科手术后实施综合护理方式不仅能提高患者生命质量,还能提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the oral irrigation methods and prevention of complications after oral maxillofacial surgery.Methods 90 patients who underwent oral maxillofacial surgery in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention(oral irrigation nursing),the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,physiological function,mental health and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing after oral maxillofacial surgery can not only improve the quality of life,but also improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and pplication.
