双心护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并室性心律失常患者的应用及对抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分的影响

Application of double-heart nursing in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia and its influence on the scores of the self-rating depression scale and the self-rating anxiety scale

目的探究双心护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并室性心律失常患者的应用及对抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月本院收治的200例冠心病合并室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为两组,每组100例。观察组实施双心护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组生命质量评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、血脂指标[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]及患者满意度情况。结果观察组身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组LDL-C、TG、TC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的79.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双心护理在冠心病合并室性心律失常患者的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者抑郁、焦虑症状,提高其生命质量,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of doubleheart nursing in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)complicated with ventricular arrhythmia and its influence on the scores of selfrating depression scale(SDS)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS).Methods 200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was given doubleheart nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing,the quality of life score,SDS score,SAS score,blood lipid index(low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C],triglyceride[TG],total cholesterol[TC])and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups;after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LDLC,TG and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 79.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doubleheart nursing in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia has significant effect,which can significantly reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety of patients,improve their quality of life,and patientss'atisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
