经历式情景模拟辅以个性化应对清单提升低年资护士患者跌倒应急能力的效果

The effect of experience scenario simulation combined with personalized coping list to enhance the ability of emergency response to fall of low-seniority nurses

目的探讨经历式情景模拟辅以个性化应对清单提升低年资护士患者跌倒应急能力的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月本院内科片区工龄<3年的120名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60名。对照组采用普通情景模拟进行培训,观察组采用经历式情景模拟辅以个性化清单梳理进行培训,比较两组考核成绩、自我效能及工作控制感评分情况。结果观察组跌倒知识理论考核、跌倒情景模拟考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我效能、工作控制感得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,护士自我效能与工作控制感评分呈显著正相关(r=0.757,P=0.004)。结论经历式情景模拟辅以个性化应对清单进行患者跌倒应急培训有利于提高低年资护士相关应急能力、自我效能及工作控制感。

Objective To explore the effect of experiential scenario simulation combined with personalized coping list on enhance the ability of emergency response to fall of low-seniority nurses.Methods A total of 120 nurses with<3 years of service in the department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 nurses in each group.The control group was trained by ordinary scenario simulation,and the observation group was trained by experiential scenario simulation combined with personalized coping list,the scores of performance,self-efficacy and job control were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of fall knowledge theory assessment and fall scenario simulation assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy and job control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between nurses'self-efficacy and job control(r=0.757,P=0.004).Conclusion Experience scenario simulation combined with personalized coping list is helpful to improve the emergency ability,self-efficacy and work control of low-seniority nurses.
