谷氨酰胺对急性肺损伤的保护效应及机制的进展

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是临床上常见的具有高病死率的综合征,但目前对ALI的治疗尚无特效措施,因此,ALI的预防及治疗仍是重要的研究课题。谷氨酰胺(Gln)是一种条件必须氨基酸,具有调节机体免疫功能等多种生物学功能。Gln具有预防或治疗ALI的作用,为进一步了解Gln治疗ALI的研究现状,本文旨在综述Gln对ALI的保护效应及机制,为临床防治ALI提供参考依据。 Acute lung injury(ALI)is a common syndrome with high mortality in clinical practice,but there are no effective measures for the treatment of ALI,so the prevention and treatment of ALI is still an important research topic.Glutamine(Gln)is a prerequisite amino acid,which has many biological functions such as regulating immune function.Some studies have shown that Gln can prevent or treat ALI,in order to further understand the research status of the application of Gln in the treatment of ALI,this paper focuses on the protective effect and mechanism of Gln on ALI,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of ALI.
