鳞状细胞癌抗原和糖类抗原19-9与癌胚抗原及糖类抗原125在肺癌诊断及其病理分型与分期评估中的应用价值

Effect of squamous cell carcinoma antigen and carbohydrate antigen19-9,carcinoembryonic antigenand carbohydrate antigen 125 on diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer

目的探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及糖类抗原125(CA125)在肺癌诊断及其病理分型与分期评估中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—9月本院收治的30例肺癌患者作为肺癌组,肺部良性病变患者30例作为良性病变组,另选取同期30名健康体检者作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受肿瘤血清标志物检测,比较3组及肺癌组SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平,比较肺癌组不同病理分型及不同病理分期患者SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平。结果肺癌组SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平均高于对照组与肺部良性病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与肺部良性病变组SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平比较差异无统计学意义;肺癌组不同病理分型肺癌患者SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌组不同病理分期肺癌患者SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CEA及CA125在肺癌诊断及病理分型与分期评估中均具有较高的应用价值,可作为肺癌诊断及治疗指标,为临床提供有效参考。

Objective To explore the application value of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag),carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the diagnosis,pathological classification and stage evaluation of lung cancer.Methods 30 patients with lung cancer admitted toour hospital from January to September 2020 were selected as the lung cancer group,30 patients with benign lung disease were selected as the benign lung disease group,and another 30 healthy people in the same periodwere selected as the control group.The levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 among the three groups and lung cancer patients were compared,and the levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 in patients with different pathological types and different pathological stages of lung cancer group were com-pared.Results The levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 in lung cancer group were higher than those in control group and lung benign le-sion group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 between the control group and benign lung disease group;there were significant differences in the levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 in lung cancerpatients with different pathological types in lung cancer group(P<0.05);there were significant differences in levels of SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 in patients with different pathological stages in lung cancer group(P<0.05).Conclusion SCC-Ag,CA19-9,CEA and CA125 have good application value in the diagnosis,pathological classification and stage evaluation of lung cancer,and can be used as indica-tors for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and provide effective reference for clinical practice.
