摘要
目的探讨耳穴揿针联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床疗效,为进一步改良治疗方案提供新思路。方法选取2021年8月至2022年10月本院收治的60例女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为联合组与生物反馈电刺激组,每组30例。联合组给予耳穴揿针联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,生物反馈电刺激组给予单纯生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效、盆底肌力评分及盆底肌耐力持续时间、压力性尿失禁发生率与盆腔器官脱垂(POP)改善率。结果联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于生物反馈电刺激组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力均高于生物反馈电刺激组,盆底肌耐力持续时间长于生物反馈电刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组压力性尿失禁发生率为10.00%,低于生物反馈电刺激组的33.33%,POP改善率为83.33%,高于生物反馈电刺激组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴揿针联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后女性盆底功能障碍性疾病临床疗效显著,可提高患者盆底肌力、延长盆底肌耐力持续时间,改善POP情况,降低压力性尿失禁发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of auricular pressing needle combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treat-ment of postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction,and to provide new idea for further improved treatment scheme.Methods 60 female pa-tients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were di-vided into the combination group and the biofeedback electrical stimulation group according to the random lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The combined group was given the auricular pressing needle combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment,and the biofeedback electrical stimulation group was given simple biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment,the clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle endurance socres,duration of pelvic floor muscle endurance,incidence of stress urinary incontinence and improvement rate of pelvic floor organ prolapse(POP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the bio-feedback electrical stimulation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength of classⅠandⅡpelvic floor fibers in the combined group were higher than those in the biofeedback electrical stimulation group,and the duration of pelvic floor muscle endurance was longer than that in the biofeedback electrical stimulation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stress urinary incontinence in the combined group was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33%in the biofeedback electrical stimula-tion group,and the improvement rate of POP was 83.33%,which was higher than 56.67%in the biofeedback electrical stimulation group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular pressing needle combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has signifi-cant clinical efficacy in the treatment of postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction,which can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,pro-long the duration of pelvic floor muscle endurance,improve POP condition,and reduce the incidence of stress urinary incontinence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
