针灸联合推拿按摩治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效及对患者关节功能及疼痛改善的影响

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of knee arthritis and its effect on improving joint function and pain of patients

目的探讨针灸联合推拿按摩治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效及对患者关节功能及疼痛改善的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月海城市正骨医院收治的82例膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用针灸联合推拿按摩治疗,比较两组临床疗效、膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组膝关节功能评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿按摩治疗膝关节炎效果显著,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,缓解其疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of knee arthritis and its effect on improving joint function and pain of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with knee arthritis admitted to the Haicheng Orthopedic Hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture com-bined with massage,the clinical efficacy,knee function score,and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 70.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage therapy has significant effect in the treatment of knee arthritis,which can effectively improve the knee joint function,relieve pain of patients,it is worthy of clini-cal promotion and application.
