Construction Concept and Application Practice of“Contact Improvisation”Training System

接触即兴的理论研究不仅应聚焦其历史源流的生发形态、社会文化意义,也应注重其在多元文化背景中生成的技术方法,这些训练方式与其文化意涵有着紧密联系。接触即兴的训练方法可以基于技术难度适用性的不同,在导入训练基础上,从表层触碰到内部结构与重心关系,建立起皮肤、肌肉、骨骼三个层次的体系理念。通过构建系统化、学理性和普世性的训练模式,接触即兴可以实现在技术理论梳理与实践资源上的整合。由此,可以进一步探寻和优化适配于社会不同群体的实践经验:从职业舞者的技术支持,到社会群体在身心实践中达成平等意识的凝聚,进而完成从技术体系理论建构到实践应用的有效融合。

The theoretical research on contact improvisation should focus not only on its historical origins,and socio-cultural significance but also on its technique methods generated in the multicultural context.These training methods are closely linked to their cultural connotation.Based on the differences in the technique difficulty and adaptability,the training methods of contact improvisation can start from sufficient lead-in training and explore from the skin touch to the relationship between the internal structure and gravity,and finally establish a three-level system of skin,muscle,and bone.By constructing a systematic,theoretical,and universal training model,contact improvisation can integrate its technique theory with practical resources.In this way,it is possible to further explore and optimize the practical experiences which are adapted to different groups in society:from the technique support of professional dancers to the cohesion of social groups to achieve equal awareness in physical and mental practice,thereby integrating theoretical construction of technique training and practical application.
