工业燃煤蒸汽锅炉故障模式分析及事故预防 被引量:1

摘要 锅炉是产生热能和动力的工艺设备,在现代工业及人民生活中被广泛应用。但锅炉事故也频频发生,导致了巨大的经济财产损失,所以在锅炉的使用过程中,安全管理工作应确保全面细致,防止锅炉发生事故。主要对工业燃煤蒸汽锅炉的事故模式进行了分析并提出预防措施,首先利用预先危险性分析方法分析可能导致工业燃煤蒸汽锅炉事故的危险因素,并通过故障类型与影响分析方法分析系统可能存在的故障类型及这些故障类型对系统的影响,最后根据系统安全优先次序提出降低燃煤锅炉爆炸事故发生频率和发生事故后果严重性的安全对策措施,从而保证工业燃煤锅炉安全运行。 Boilers were process equipment that generate heat and power,and were widely used in modern industry and people's lives.But boiler accidents occurred frequently,resulting in huge economic and property losses.Therefore,during the use of boilers,safety management should ensure comprehensive and meticulous work to prevent accidents from occurring.The accident modes of industrial coal-fired steam boilers had been analyzed and preventive measures had been proposed.Firstly,the pre hazard analysis method should be used to analyze the risk factors that may lead to accidents in industrial coal-fired steam boilers.And the possible types of faults in the system and their impact on the system were analyzed through fault type and impact analysis methods.Finally,based on the priority order of system safety,safety measures were proposed to reduce the frequency and severity of coalfired boiler explosion accidents,in order to ensure the safe operation of industrial coal-fired boilers.
