摘要 电控式机械自动变速器(AMT)是目前乘用车自动变速器的主流配置方向,但其存在换挡震荡导致的抖振和异常滑磨情况,并且在切换挡位的过程中有动力中断存在,影响换挡平顺性。为此本文首先进行了换挡过程动力学建模,开展了换挡约束分析工作。其次在MATLAB/Simulink环境下开展了AMT的系统建模和换挡控制策略的相关研究工作,明确了换挡过程中的控制要求,制定了最佳换挡控制律,最后确定仿真条件并添加到AMT整车控制模型中,完成了AMT系统的计算机仿真,对制定好的AMT换挡策略加以验证。 The electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)is the mainstream configuration direction of automatic transmissions for passenger cars at present,but it has chattering and abnormal sliding wear caused by gear shifting vibration,and power interruption during gear shifting,which affects gear shifting smoothness.For this reason,this paper first carried out the dynamic modeling of the shift process,and carried out the shift constraint analysis.Secondly,under the MATLAB/Simulink environment,the relevant research work of AMT system modeling and shift control strategy was carried out,the control requirements in the shift process were clarified,and the optimal shift control law was formulated.Finally,the simulation conditions were determined and added to the AMT vehicle control model,the computer simulation of the AMT system was completed,and the formulated AMT shift strategy was verified.
