摘要
汽车减震器通过流体阻尼把弹簧及车身的势能转化为热能,能够减缓路面输入带来的振动,使车辆运动收敛最合理化。为提高驾乘舒适感、整车路噪及通过性,本文介绍了HCS(Hydraulic compression Stop压缩液压缓冲机构)减震器结构及阻尼特性,通过理论分析与试验验证,研究减震器阻尼特性改变对整车振动舒适性、道路噪声和整车通过性的影响,结果表明,带压缩液压缓冲机构减震器有利于提高整车通过性,同时改善小突起路整车舒适性,低频路面噪声不受影响,但减速带大突起路振动舒适性变差。
The potential energy of the spring and car body can be converted to heat energy by Shock Absorber fluid damping,Vehicle Shock Absorber can reduce the vibration from road to make vehicle motion most reasonable.For improving riding comfort/road noise and automobile passability,The paper introduces the Structure and variable damping force characteristics of an Shock Absorber with HCS(Hydraulic compression Stop),Through theoretical analysis and Experimental verification,researched damping force change of Shock Absorber influence on riding comfort/road noise and automobile passability,the result show that the shock absorber with HCS can improve automobile passability improve vibration comfort of small shock bar road,but have no influence on low-frequency road noise and make vibration comfort of speed bumps worse.
