摘要
分析了氢燃料电池系统的整体结构与单电池输出特性,其中重点分析了氢气供给系统、空气供给系统、及电堆散热系统三大部分。对氢燃料动力电池系统的控制需求进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了以片上资源丰富、抗干扰能力强的32位STM32F103ZET6微处理器为核心的总体控制方案。最后,通过控制器热管理功能物理测试,对散热风扇的调速控制与风扇模糊PID控制进行测试。
The overall structure of the hydrogen fuel cell system and the output characteristics of the single cell are analyzed,in which the hydrogen supply system,the air supply system,and the stack cooling system are mainly analyzed.Based on the analysis of the control requirements of the hydrogen fuel cell system,an overall control scheme is proposed with a 32-bit STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor with rich resources and strong anti-interference capability as the core.Finally,through the physical test of the thermal management function of the controller,the basic functions of the software and hardware of the controller and the fuzzy PID control of the fan are tested.
