摘要
在柴油机和整车设计时,需要对高原能力的低压油路阻力进行计算与分析,确保柴油机性能得到充分发挥。分析燃油系统低压油路阻力的组成,建立低压油路的系统模型,对相关参数进行理论计算,使用Amesim对低压油路进行建模与仿真,与理论计算数据进行对比,最后分析相关参数变化对于低压油路阻力的影响,并提出改进柴油机低压油路阻力的相关建议。
In the development and design of diesel engine and vehicle,it is necessary to make analysis and calculation of pressure loss based on high altitude capacity in diesel engine LPC,to ensure the performance of the diesel engine into full play.This paper analyzes the composition of pressure loss,establishes LPC model,calculates the correlative parameters,uses Amesim to model and simulate,compares simulation data with theoretical calculation data,and finally,analyzes the relevant parameters for the influence of pressure loss,some suggestions are put forward to improve pressure loss of LPC.
