摘要
针对工程车辆的液力变矩器使用传统保护焊进行整机的封焊工艺,存在着焊接后的热变形大、残余应力大、尺寸一致性差,容易造成其工作中的同轴度误差较大等问题,根据液力变矩器使用原理、内部结构及加工形式,分析对液力变矩器整机缝焊质量的要求,提出对液力变矩器整机进行激光焊接工艺,充分利用激光焊接的优势,配合现有辅助设备及工装,对焊接的轨迹规划,并对激光焊接的液力变矩器焊缝的强度进行了试验研究。结果表明,液力变矩器的整机封焊采用激光焊接工艺能有效解决目前工程液力变矩器的同轴度等问题。
For the hydraulic torque converter of engineering vehicles using the traditional protective welding sealing process of the whole machine,there are some problems such as large thermal deformation after welding,large residual stress,poor size consistency,easy to cause the coaxiality error in the work of large,according to the principle of the hydraulic torque converter,internal structure and processing form,analyze the quality requirements of the hydraulic torque converter joint welding.This paper puts forward the laser welding process for the whole hydraulic torque converter,and makes full use of the advantages of laser welding,with the existing auxiliary equipment and tooling,the welding trajectory planning,and the strength of the welding welding of the hydraulic torque converter is studied experimentally.The results show that laser welding can effectively solve the coaxiality problems of hydraulic torque converter.
