船用柴油机连杆油孔专机设计

摘要 连杆小头油孔加工是连杆制造过程中瓶颈工序之一。本文以公司生产的三款船用柴油机连杆为例,通过对连杆设计结构分析,充分利用结构共同点,设计制作半自动连杆油孔专机,实现三款连杆共机生产。连杆只需一次装夹,自动钻削即可完成油孔加工,降低了瓶颈时间,将产线平衡率有65.5%提升至73%。 The machining of connecting rod small end oil hole is one of the bottleneck processes in the manufacturing process of connecting rod.This paper takes the production of three types connecting rods of marine diesel engine by company as an example.Through the analysis of the design structure of the connecting rod,and the fully utilize structure commonalities,we have designed and manufactured a semi-automatic oil hole special machine for connecting rod.It has achieved the production of three types of connecting rods on the same machine.The connecting rod only needs to be clamped once,and the automatic drilling can complete all operations,and which has reduced bottleneck time.The rhythm balance rate of the assembly line of the enterprise is increased from 65.5%to 73%.
