摘要
本文针对滑板式底盘在新能源商用车上的应用探讨,基于航天技术的线控技术,摒弃掉传统的液压转向、制动等机械结构,可以实现整车上下车体分体解耦研发。将电池、刹车、悬架、电机电控等高价值,但是用户感知不到的零部件都放置到底盘上。对于商用车来说,可以理解为一个模块化的底盘,同一个底盘可以对应不同的上装,可以适应不同的应用场景,甚至驾驶室都是可更换的,对于新能源商用车来说具有很大的应用前景。
This paper discusses the application of sliding plate chassis in new energy commercial vehicles.The wire control technology based on aerospace technology discards the traditional mechanical structures such as hydraulic steering and braking,which can realize the research and development of the upper and lower vehicle bodies separately.The battery,brake,suspension,electric motor control and other high-value components that cannot be perceived by the user are placed on the chassis.For commercial vehicles,it can be understood as a modular chassis.The same chassis can correspond to different tops and adapt to different application scenarios.Even the cab is replaceable,which has great application prospects for new energy commercial vehicles.
