科研院所是高端人才聚集地,为了适应新时代对专业技术发展的更高要求,无论单位本身还是国家,对专业领域高端人才的培养都迫在眉睫。本文以航空发动机科研院所为例对高层次科技人才队伍建设的探索与实践进行论述。

Scientific research institutes are high-end talent gathering places,in order to adapt to the higher requirements for professional and technological development in the new era,whether the unit itself or the country,the cultivation of high-end talents in professional fields is imminent.This paper takes the Aero Engine Research Institute as an example to discuss the exploration and practice of the construction of high-level scientific and technological talents.
