近年来,国内很多制造企业都在进行着转型、升级,企业对于符合公司实际要求的人才十分青睐,对各种可以推动公司发展的岗位人员需求也日益增多。在适应市场需要的新形势下,企业与职业院校机械能合作,培养符合市场需求的高技术人才,以此来满足企业发展的需要,这已经成为当前职业院校与企业发展对接的重要课题,推动以企业为主体的企业新型学徒制度培养模式的诞生,鉴于此本文针对职业学校和企业需求的变化,以数控加工企业为例,讨论当前企业新型学徒制度实施的具体路径。
