铝型材挤压机剪刀智能润滑装置设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 铝型材在挤压前铸锭需要预热至400℃~500℃,在该高温条件下,剪刀在剪切压余的过程中容易产生黏铝现象,不仅影响废料收集,还会加剧剪刀磨损,影响使用寿命。该文探索了一种智能润滑系统,并将其运用在铝挤压机压余剪切的过程中,对该润滑系统的关键参数进行设计和计算,确定了润滑润滑剂用量为80mL/h,油箱容积为80L。当润滑剂的配比为机械油24%、脂类化合物13.5%、羊毛脂3.4%、表面活性剂1.9%、消泡剂2.9%以及纯净水54.3%时,润滑效果较好。结果表明,该文改进设计的智能润滑系统能降低工人的操作风险,提高设备的安全性及自动化水平,不占用非挤压时间,可大幅提高生产效率和成品合格率。
