调气解毒理论下中医药调控内皮细胞代谢重塑改善肿瘤血管化的优势与策略 被引量:1

摘要 新血管生成是肿瘤发生发展的关键环节,抑制肿瘤血管化被看作是抗肿瘤治疗的优势策略。“内皮细胞代谢重塑”概念的提出弥补了既往只关注血管内皮生长因子对血管新生刺激的不足,为肿瘤血管化治疗提供了新思路。中医药改善肿瘤血管化具有独特优势,基于调气解毒理论,认为“虚、郁”是肿瘤血管新生的共性病机,“痰、瘀”是肿瘤血管新生的病理本质,“扶正调气,解毒通络”治法是调控内皮细胞代谢重塑改善肿瘤血管化的有效手段。基于内皮细胞代谢重塑的现有研究,重点阐述调气解毒理论在干预肿瘤血管新生中的应用价值,为抗肿瘤血管新生的治疗提供理论支持。 Neovascularization is a key link in the occurrence and development of tumors,and inhibition of tumor vascularization is regarded as an advantageous strategy for anti-tumor therapy.The concept of“endothelial cell metabolic remodeling”makes up for the only focusing on the stimulation of angiogenesis by vascular endothelial growth factor in the past,and provides a new idea for the treatment of tumor vascularization.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving tumor vascularization.Based on the theory of regulating qi and resolving toxins,it is believed that“deficiency and depression”are the common pathogenesis of tumor angiogenesis,and“phlegm and stasis”are the pathological essence of tumor angiogenesis,and“reinforce healthy qi and regulating qi,resolving toxins and dredging collaterals”is an effective means to regulate endothelial cell metabolic remodeling and improve tumor vascularization.Based on the existing research on endothelial cell metabolic remodeling,this paper mainly discussed the value of the theory of regulating qi and resolving toxins in the intervention of tumor angiogenesis,hoping to provide some theoretical support for the treatment of anti-tumor angiogenesis.
