摘要
为减少山洪洪灾给当地人民生命财产造成的损失,有必要开展山洪灾害防治非工程措施建设。针对平果县频发山洪灾害的实际情况,本文基于GIS技术对山洪灾害监测预警系统的建设进行了论述与比较,主要内容包含有雨情监测、监测预警平台和预警系统。
In order to reduce the losses of life and property caused by mountain flood disaster,it is necessary to carry out the construction of non-engineering measures for mountain flood disaster prevention and control.According to the actual situation that Pingguo County has frequently seen mountain flood disasters,an introduction was made on the construction of mountain flood disaster monitoring and warning system based on GIS technology mainly consisting of rainfall monitoring,monitoring and warning platform as well as warning system.
