摘要
以小江水库除险加固工程为例,基于《生产建设项目土壤流失量测算导则》,对工程水土保持方案实施前后土壤流失量进行预测分析。结果表明,未采取水土保持方案中的防治措施时,土壤流失预测总量为7238 t,水土保持方案实施后可减少土壤流失量5935 t,土壤流失量的控制率为82%,水土保持方案保土效果显著;施工期是产生水土流失的主要时段,该时段实施的水保措施主要为临时措施,因此水土保持方案在注重工程、植物措施设计的同时,也需要重视临时措施的设计。
Taking the Xiaojiang Reservoir Reinforcement Project as example and based on the Guidelines for measurement and estimation of soil erosion in production and construction projects,prediction and analysis of soil ero sion before and after the implementation of water and soil conservation plan for the project were conducted.The results show that the predicted total amount of soil loss is 7238t without taking the control measures of the water and soil conservation plan.After the implementation of the water and soil conservation plan,the amount of soil loss could be reduced by 5935t with a control rate of 82%.The soil conservation effect of the water and soil conservation plan is significant.The construction period is the main period of water and soil loss,and the water and soil conservation measures implemented during this period are mainly temporary measures.Therefore,the water and soil conservation plan should be designed with attention being paid not only to the engineering and vegetation measures,but also to the temporary measures.
