摘要
胶囊型网壳储料大棚结构体系新颖,属于拱形与球壳的组合体,建成后外形美观。本文研究了胶囊型钢结构网壳的结构力学特性,该体系用钢量省,稳定性好。借助了BIM建模技术辅助建造实施,利用施工动画全面展示建造流程,既直观又高效。相同储料条件下,与圆柱形直立山墙网壳相比,在展开面积上有明显差别,用钢量有较大的优势。
The structure system of the capsule reticulated shell material storage shed is novel,belonging to the combination of arch and spherical shell,and the appearance is beautiful after completion.In this paper,the structural mechanical properties of the capsule steel reticulated shell are studied.The system uses less steel and has good stability.The BIM modeling technology is used to assist the construction implementation,and the construction animation is used to comprehensively display the construction process,which is both intuitive and efficient.Under the same storage conditions,compared to cylindrical vertical gable latticed shell,there is a significant difference in the developed area,and the amount of steel used has a greater advantage.
