摘要
以番茄“黄玫瑰”种子为试材,采用室内水培方法,研究了不同电场强度的静电场处理不同时间对番茄种子萌发及α-淀粉酶活性的影响,以期筛选出最适于番茄种子引发的静电场处理条件。结果表明:与对照组相比,电场强度为6 kV·cm^(-1)的静电场施加20 min后能使得番茄种子发芽率提高30.3%,6 kV·cm^(-1)的静电场施加25 min使得番茄种子发芽势提高43.73%,6 kV·cm^(-1)的静电场施加15 min使得番茄种子发芽指数提高65.46%。6 kV·cm^(-1)的静电场处理10~15 min,对番茄种子的根和芽生长的促进效应明显。结合α-淀粉酶活性可以看出,当6 kV·cm^(-1)静电场处理20 min时,处理组番茄种子的α-淀粉酶活性最高。综上所述,静电场处理可以促进番茄种子的萌发,6 kV·cm^(-1)处理20 min可作为番茄种子萌发适宜的静电场处理参数。
‘Huangmeigui’tomato seeds were used as test materials,indoor hydroponic method was used,the effects of high voltage electrostatic field treatment technology on tomato seeds were studied,in order to select the most suitable conditions for high voltage electrostatic field treatment induced by tomato seeds.The results showed that 6 kV.cm^(-1)electrostatic field for 20 minutes increased the germination rate of tomato seeds by 30.3%,6 kV.cm^(-1)electrostatic field for 25 minutes increased the germination vigor of tomato seeds by 43.73%,and 6 kV:cm^(-1)electrostatic field for 15 minutes increased the germination index of tomato seeds by 65.46%.6 kV.cm^(-1)electrostatic field for 10^(-1)5 minutes significantly promoted the growth of roots and shoots of tomato seeds,when the treatment for 20 minutes,theα-amylase activity of the treated group was the highest.In conclusion,electrostatic field intensity 6 kV:cm^(-1)for 20 minutes could be used for tomato seeds germination.
