西瓜YABBY基因家族的全基因组鉴定与生物信息学分析 被引量:1

Genome-wide Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of the YABBY Gene Family in Watermelon

摘要 以西瓜YABBY基因家族为研究对象,利用TBtools、MEGA、ITOL等软件对西瓜YABBY基因家族进行全基因组鉴定与生物信息学分析,包括对西瓜YABBY基因家族的全基因鉴定、染色体定位、基因结构分析、蛋白保守基序分析、系统进化树分析、启动子顺式作用元件分析和共线性分析,以期能够为西瓜YABBY基因的功能研究与分子机制提供参考依据。结果表明:西瓜YABBY基因家族共9个成员,分布于7条染色体上。西瓜YABBY基因编码蛋白质组成的氨基酸数量范围为169~242 aa,蛋白质分子量变化范围为19.07~26.91 kDa,蛋白质理论等电点PI的范围为7.53~9.69。西瓜YABBY基因家族分为3个类群,同一类群具有相同的外显子-内含子排列方式,且具有相似的蛋白保守基序排列。西瓜、拟南芥、水稻、番茄的YABBY基因家族被分为5个亚族,每个亚族均有西瓜YABBY基因成员分布。西瓜YABBY基因启动子区域含有激素应答、光响应、胁迫应答、转录因子结合位点等相关的多种顺式作用元件。西瓜YABBY基因家族共有3对基因存在串联重复和片段复制。 TBtools,MEGA,ITOL and other software were used,the whole genome of watermelon YABBY gene family was identified and analyzed by bioinformatics.The genome-wide identification,chromosome mapping,gene structure analysis,protein conserved motifs analysis,phylogenetic tree analysis,promoter cis-acting element analysis and collinearity analysis of watermelon YABBY gene family were studied,in order to provide reference for functional research and molecular mechanism of watermelon YABBY gene.The results showed that there were 9 members of watermelon YABBY gene family distributed on 7 chromosomes.The amino acid number of the protein encoded by watermelon YABBY gene ranged from 169 aa to 242 aa,the molecular weight of the protein varied from 19.07 kDa to 26.91 kDa,and the theoretical isoelectric point PI of the protein ranged from 7.53 to 9.69.The watermelon YABBY gene family was divided into three groups.The same group had the same exonintron arrangement and similar conserved motifs.The YABBY gene family of watermelon,Arabidopsis thaliana,rice and tomato was divided into five subgroups.Each subgroup had watermelon YABBY gene members respectively.The promoter region of watermelon YABBY gene contained various cisacting elements related to hormone response,light response,stress response and transcription factor binding sites.There were three pairs of watermelon YABBY gene family genes with tandem duplication and fragment duplication.
