高校法学专业课程思政教学改革的内在逻辑与实践路径

The Internal Logic and Practical Path of the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Law Major Courses in Colleges and Universities

全面推进法学专业课程思政教学改革,是贯彻落实党的教育方针和“立德树人、德法兼修”法治人才培养目标的必然要求。但是,教学改革实践存在人才培养理念未能与思政教育全方位契合、教师推进课程思政教学改革的综合能力不强和课程思政教学方式缺少灵活性等问题。高校要优化法学专业人才培养理念和培养方案,提升教师的思想政治水平和综合素质,强化法学课程思政教育方法的灵活性与多样性,结合推进全面依法治国的整体战略,引导教师充分提炼和总结法律知识背后的价值关怀、人性考量和制度定位,培育学生追求公平正义的法律信念、维护公共利益的责任意识、肩负使命担当的职业操守等优良职业素养,实现知识传授、能力提升和价值引领的有机结合。

It is necessary to carry out the educational policy of the party and the goal of cultivating legal talents with both moral and law.But in the practice of teaching reform,however,there are some problems,such as the failure of the educational concept to fit with the curriculum ideology and politics,the lack of teachers'comprehensive ability to promote the teaching reform of the curriculum ideology and politics,and the lack of enough flexibility in the teaching mode of the curriculum ideology and politics.From the perspective of the teaching reform of"Course ideology and politics"in tort liability law,it is necessary to optimize the goal,IDEA and training plan of professional legal education,to improve the ideological and political level and comprehensive quality of professional teachers,and to enhance the flexibility and diversity of the course of"Ideological and political"teaching of tort law so as to realize the integration and resonance of knowledge imparting and value leading,we should fully explore the humanistic spirit and value concern contained in the law of tort liability and try our best to train outstanding legal talents in line with the needs of social development.
