基于SWOT分析的电动船舶换电新业态发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of New Business Mode of Electric Ship Power Exchange Based on SWOT Analysis

本文通过SWOT分析,研究了电动船舶换电新业态的发展策略。随着国内电动船舶技术的不断成熟和电池容量的逐渐增加,电动船舶面临着充电时间过长等问题。因此,换电模式作为一种新业态成为电动船舶发展的热点和趋势之一,可以提高纯电池动力船舶补充电能的效率、提升纯电池动力船舶航行距离。本文介绍了国内典型的换电模式电动船舶,并从电动船舶换电新业态的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了分析。针对这些特点,本文提出了重点推动长江干线、多方联合加快推广、加强风险防范、建立完善长效服务体系以及加强人才支持等建议,以期推动电动船舶换电新业态的健康发展。

Through SWOT analysis,this paper studies the development strategy of the new business of electric ship power exchange.With the continuous maturity of domestic electric ship technology and the gradual increase of battery capacity,electric ships are facing the problem of too long charging time.Therefore,as a new business form,the power exchange mode has become one of the hot spots and trends in the development of electric ships,which can improve the efficiency of supplementing electric energy for pure battery powered ships and improve the sailing distance of pure battery powered ships.This paper introduces the typical power exchange mode of electric ships in China,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the new business form of power exchange for electric ships.In view of these characteristics,this paper puts forward suggestions such as focusing on promoting the Yangtze River trunk line,accelerating the promotion of multi-party cooperation,strengthening risk prevention,establishing and improving a long-term service system,and strengthening talent support,in order to promote the healthy development of the new business of electric ship power exchange.
