新型高性能超薄磨耗层沥青混合料设计与应用

摘要 本文针对超薄磨耗层预防性养护技术的研究及应用问题,系统研究了一种新型高性能超薄磨耗层沥青混合料SMA-7,分析了SMA-7沥青混合料的设计原理,包括差异磨耗原理、沥青胶结料干法复合改性以及基于性能平衡的配合比设计方法,并开展了沥青混合料配合比设计试验。研究表明:高性能超薄磨耗层沥青混合料SMA-7的高温、低温、水稳定性等性能优异,各项指标远高于相关规范要求。并成功应用于某高速公路养护维修工程,试验路检测结果表明该超薄磨耗层具有良好的密水、抗滑及降噪性能。 Aiming at the research and application of preventive maintenance technology for ultra-thin wearing course,a new high-performance ultra-thin wearing course asphalt mixture SMA-7 was systematically studied.The design principle of SMA-7 asphalt mixture was analyzed,including differential wear principle,dry composite modification of asphalt cement and mix design method based on performance balance.The performance test and mix design test had been carried out,and the research showed that,high performance ultra-thin wearing course asphalt mixture SMA-7 had excellent high and low temperature performance and water stability,and all indicators were far higher than the requirements of relevant specifications.It had been successfully applied to a expressway maintenance project.The test results of the test road showed that the ultra-thin wearing course had good water tightness,skid resistance and noise reduction performance.
